Jake is a Joint MBA and Master of Environmental Management (MEM) Candidate at the Yale School of the Environment and the Yale School of Management. He is interested in developing strategies to actively encourage investment in ideas, technologies, and companies that are focused both on environmental and financial sustainability.

Prior to starting at Yale, Jake spent his career working as a commercial litigation consultant at the valuation firm Stout in Chicago. He has also worked on due diligence projects with Fenox Venture Capital and The Florida Aquarium. In addition, he served as a member of the Shedd Aquarium Auxiliary Board.

Originally from Chicago, Jake holds both a B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Zoology from Michigan State University as well as the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board’s F.S.A. credential.
