Mary Powers

Mary Powers is CFN's Manager of Forest Finance, providing capacity building and project development support on forest-related efforts including through CFN's partnership with US Forest Service Cooperative Forestry. Prior to working at CFN Mary helped democratize carbon markets for landowners at NCX, she also worked at the Center for Heirs' Property Preservation helping historically underserved landowners navigate NRCS cost/share programs to increase sustainable forestry efforts in the South East. Mary has an affinity for National Forests where she has spent most of her early career and free time recreating.
